GCM , Google Cloud Messaging , 係一個Google server 同client 之間的notification 服務, client 唔駛不停連接server ,
Server 通知google GCM , 再由GCM 通知電話，由GCM 統一發送 (所有支援GCM 的program) 通知
可以慳電好多 .....
(據了解，新版的lotus traveler server 未正式推出的，要最新的lotus traveler server 才支援GCM)
